During their stay, novice and experienced cyclists alike, and all cycling enthusiasts in general, will enjoy cycling along EuroVélo 6. It’s one of Europe’s most popular cycle routes, stretching from the Atlantic to the Black Sea.

From Saint Brévin les Pins to Nevers, the cycle route covers more than 630 kilometers of the royal valley. The section along the Loire River, known as La Loire à Vélo, is designed to accommodate all types of cyclists, thanks to its gentle gradient and safe environment.
The cycle route is accessible to as many people as possible: you can reach it thanks to the local train service, which includes bicycle spaces in its trains. You’ll have access to a range of itineraries that allow you to discover the natural and cultural beauties of the Loire Valley region.

From the Parc de Fierbois site, you can cycle to Tours in around 30 km along the Route de Saint Jacques, a safe, signposted cycle route. Numerous cultural and sporting destinations are accessible from Tours.
You can also drive to Tours, park your car and continue your visit by bike on the La Loire à Vélo cycle path.

You can also pedal the loop of Sainte Jeanne, a route steeped in mystery, from Sainte-Catherine-de-Fierbois: Jeanne d’Arc is said to have heard voices indicating the presence of a sword in the chapel. You’ll also discover the charming village where our Loire Valley campsite, Le Parc de Fierbois, is located.
